The doctors may be contacted directly during normal surgery hours. However, if they are with a patient when you call the reception staff will take a message and tell you when it is most likely they will return your call. Of course, in an Emergency your call will always be put through as a priority.
Wheelchair access to the surgery is provided.
These are only provided at an appointment with your GP to ensure privacy, complete explanation, and follow up.
Our practice uses HotDocs to remind you of upcoming appointment or a preventative health check. This system will send a SMS to your phone. You will need to click on the link if you have a Smartphone and confirm your booking. If you are unable to access the link, ring our receptionist and they will confirm your appointment.
Our practice is strongly committed to preventative care, so your GP may ask your permission for you to be included in our reminder system. This means we will send you an appointment regularly for preventative follow-up appointments that may be appropriate for your health care needs. If you DON’T want to be part in this system, please let the doctor or one of the receptionists know.
Home visits are made at the discretion of the doctor and are restricted to our regular patients who may be seriously ill or those who are mobility impaired.
Should you require medical assistance outside our usual hours, care is provided by an approved locum service, National Home Doctor by calling 137425.
