Janette Lee was born in the UK and emigrated to Australia with her husband and 2 daughters in 2007.
Janette trained at the Mansfield and Worksop School of Nursing and later completed a postgraduate degree in Community Health care nursing at Sheffield Hallam University.
Janette has been a nurse for over 30 years and has worked in multiple areas including Accident and Emergency, surgical, orthopaedics, Royal District Nursing Service and child and family health. Prior to emigrating Janette worked as a Health visitor to families and children 0-12 years.
After arriving in Australia Janette has worked in Child and Family Health Service in the family home visiting program with a special interest in Aboriginal Health.
Janette started working in general practice in 2010 and has a special interest in Women’s Health and supporting patients to self-manage their long-term conditions.
